About the course
The Hybrid Wilderness First Responder consists of 80 hours of learning, split between an online component and an in-person component. The WFR is geared toward outdoor professionals, guides, or anyone who spends significant time in remote environments. It is designed to bring someone who has no prior medical experience up to a level where they can care of a sick or injured person until the next level of care can arrive.
To sign up, first pick the time to come for your skills and scenarios. Once you are signed up, you will receive access to the online component. You must finish the online learning before arriving at the skills days.
Once you successfully complete the online component and the in-person skills days, you will receive your WFR certificate.
